Monteleone`s Ristorante in El Paso

This place is extremely interesting. The history it feels, the good food it serves, and the decor/ theme of the place is one of a kind. It's family friendly and going in around the back alley like a wiseguy feels good. The only reason for four stars instead of five is because the lighting is extremely poor in the place. It was a bit muggy inside which didn't make it comfortable going when it's already hot outside. It has its haunted guest but it can get confusing as to whether they are trying to create a dark haunted restaurant or just an old time feeling. Either way, it's a place to visit and see for yourself.

Food was excellent. Delicious homemade marinara sauce. Unfortunately, Gertrude (ghost) didn't visit with us. Cool, spooky atmosphere! Owner and staff are very friendly and attentive.

First time going to monteleones wraps and rolls. It is amazing. The seating area is an experience in itself. Very nice. Food is excellent. Vintage games, cotton candy, funnel cake, and the shop they have is excellent. Thank you for a place like this in El Paso. You like the Italian restaurant you will like this place just as much.

The food was excellent, great prices, Service was excellent. The owner even stopped what he was doing in another room and came over to talk us about the restaurant and its history. I'm from New York so anyone who likes Italian food this is a place. Thank you for a great dinner and experience😃

An eerie, awesome experience. Excellent food. The soup is delicious and soothing. The salad with house dressing is divine. The pasta is light and the house marinara is bold and robust and filling. The atmosphere made me feel at home. The waitstaff rocks!!! I can't wait to come back again!!!

This is a GEM. I have been coming here for years and the service is OUTSTANDING. The place is so UNIQUE, the food is DELICIOUS and AFFORDABLE. Do yourself a favor and bring your family and friends here. It is an adventure and unique experience. Tour the restaurant and ask about the dining with the dead event!

My Wife and I love this place. From my point of view, the place has a warm atmosphere. The food is delicious and definitely tastes homemade. We love the bread rolls. It's not your run of the mill restaurants.We first visited back in 2013 after it had been on Paranormal Witness. Since then we've pry have ate there like 14 times.The staff are always very friendly and courteous.We would definitely recommend Monteleone's to whomever wants good a home cooked meal.

Tasty food (I recommend the Monteleone's rolls and fried zucchini). The atmosphere is unique and the personalized service really made this a wonderful dining experience. Plus, the ghost stories were a great added bonus. We will definitely be returning!

We went here on a Saturday night it was a little busy but the food was worth the wait. We ordered about 6 different plates and they were all amazing. The staff is on point asking if everything is ok every 5 minutes and making sure you have everything you need. this place was friendly and we will be going back to have some wonderful food.

Very cozy and comfortable little place. Dark, low ceilings and packed with memorabilia and curios. I had the sausage ravioli with marinara and a glass of Cabernet. I was pleased with the meal. Solid experience. I can recommend. Probably fun for date night.

The servers are beyond courteous and friendly. They feel like family. Delicious authentic Italian food made fresh daily. And please Leave room for dessert. Trust me. ❤😊

Eclectic decor, interesting place. Great food and friendly great staff

This was possibly the worst chicken parm I've ever had in my life. It was a dry piece of chicken breast, with a tad of marinara and melted cheese. Literally, they needed to at very least, cut the chicken in half before cooking. There was no breading or anything. The spaghetti was angel hair and it wasn't very good. I ate half of my plate, and that was it. This is my 2nd time going there, and I won't return. I did give it the 2 stars for the atmosphere. If they cooked better food, it'd be a really good place.

Had a great time at this funky restaurant. Food quality was excellent and staff was very friendly. Very limited seating so expect to wait on busy nights, but worth it.

It was a good restaurant to try. Had a lot of interesting memorabilia and things to look at. The staff was very friendly and shared stories about the haunted encounters they have had at the establishment. It's a small local restaurant so when we arrived a lot of items we wanted to try were all gone. I am looking forward to going back and trying the dishes that were out when we went and hopefully give them another star making this place a 5 star rating. The kids loved the food and atmosphere.

Just had dinner here. Arrived at 530 they open at 5. Walking in I do like what they are trying to do a very novelty value... staff and cook very friendly but I came here to eat not make friends and in this case unfortunately all I made was friends. Ordered the lasagna and chicken alfredo. Plates were very hot... so.. yeah microwave. No flavor, very bland. For what they charge... very disappointed. Heard this place was haunted....not sure if it's that the reason the food is spooky.

The atmosphere is awesome,it is reported to be haunted and i did feel something weird in there, but i didnt experience anything in there however my dad heard a growl in his ear and my sister heard whistling in hers. I definitely will be going back the food is homemade and very delicious, i recommend the lasagna you might want to order extra bread its so amazing.

First time visiting. It was great! The food was delicious, staff is super attentive and friendly and the experience was creepy! Which I loved! I have never had dinner at a "haunted" restaurant. Everything about this restaurant is awesome! A definite must try!

It is without question that if you want delicious Italian food and an atmosphere that you will remember, Monteleones is the place to go. The lasagna is beyond delicious, Italian wedding soup that will warm your soul to its very core and ravioli that is worth the made fresh wait time.
